A new section was added-concerning the projection of election winners
from multi-candidate polls using a log-normal distribution as the polls
evolve over time.

It was prompted by the US 2008 Presidential Election, and illustrates
the large errors, (so large its "numerology,") when using a simple
fractal with Gaussian/normally distributed increments, instead of a
log-normal distribution.
