describes a trip along the entire Inca Road in which she
blends a panorama of past and present Inca information.
- In Focus Peru: guide to people, politics, and
culture. This is a generic travel/tour book with some
history, descriptions of the country, etc.
Marilyn
Howard has:
- Hidden Amazon by Dick Lutz It describes a
riverboat trip up the Amazon from Iquitos, Peru and includes
a description of a land expedition to the Canopy
Walkway.
- Insight Guide Peru is a general tour book with
some great pictures. "This book has been structured both to
convey an understanding of the country, its people and its
culture, and to guide readers through its sights and
activities."
